Is paypal on the fritz?

About an hour ago I got a notification on ebay saying that a buyer paid for an auction and that its pending. I go to paypal and it doesnt have any information on it. Usually if someone pays via electronic check, it still shows in paypal until it clears, but I have nothing in paypal.

paypal changed the way pages look and at times it will take some time, just click on the 'view account status' and see if it comes up...mine seems to be working fine
