I just got a Johnny Unitas Auto from ebay....

I got it in today and its not mint at all!!! Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

The scan won't show anything as the white borders are hard to show a bend...Its not creased but definately a bend..Also a scratch on the back of the card from the top to the middle of the COA.

Needless to say im not happy and wanna get my money back.

i would probably email the guy and give him the chance to refund, then, if necessary, file a paypal claim, there is an option when you file a paypal claim to state that the item was not received in the condition that was stated in the auction as the reaosn for the claim

or you could just file the claim and he would probably try to refund before paypal gives you your money back

He sent me the right unitas, it was just damage...Tho corner is slightly bent. I noticed this by seeing the light reflect weird on the corner. Also turned it over and there is a scratch on the back of the card.

A scan of the damage usually helps. Personally, I never make a big deal about it unless there is something major like a crease. Plus, you got a damn good price on it, so if it doesn't take away the overall appeal, I'd say screw it.
