Back when I worked at a restaurant, some guy came in with boatloads of fresh $2 bills. Something looked wrong on them. I asked him about the bills and he admitted that they were fake. Being 19 and working alone I told him to pay for his grand slam with a debit card and then asked, why $2 bills? His response made a ton of sense.
No one expects a $2 to be fake. Most people don't even look at them or if they do, they don't know what a real one looks like.
Maybe thats why the Boller was faked, no one expects it.
seller doesnt seem to know much about it, i was fairly polite in the inital question just to get a feel for them, but with the response i got, im pretty sure they have no clue, so i emailed pictures of what it should look like and asked they where they got it
