you might try going to the site rules page and check the thread reading verified traders request and become a verfied trader. i belive most traders till they become verified are must send first. i will look into it more, but that "might" be it.

didnt know for sure about that, thats why i put "might" and wrote belived..lol
but yeah i seen he had a dispute and figured that out. but i seen you already posted why he was must send first. thanks for the answers on this.
