Help with BGS???

Anyone know how to contact BGS about them messing up my order?
I've looked for a phone number on my receipt and on the website but I must be bling b/c I couldn't find one. If anyone has an email or phone number I'd appreciate.

FYI, here's the background story of the messed up order.
I sent 3 older cards in that I just wanted authenticated as I knew they weren't in great shape, and didn't want a # distracting from the card.
Well they came back with # grades and I'm not really happy about it, so I want to talk to someone at BGS about it.

don't know if they have a toll free # or not, but found this on their site to call with questions.....if anything it may get you in the right direction.

I sent an email the other day to aksbgs@beckett or whatever it was, and got no response, but they responded to my email here within an hour. (and they'll said they'll correct my order for me)

FYI:

this was very helpful. They responded to the email right away. I sent my cards back, and within a week I had them back in my hands. Very quick to fix their problem, and you gotta appreciate that.
