Is it by chance an HP All-in-one? That's the way my all-in-one scans of slabbed cards look.

When you scan cards in thicker holders like that, turn on the unsharp mask setting.

it is some cannon piece of crap I ordered cheap. I bought it because my other one broke and I need it to scan receipts from expense reports.
