2013 silly season notes for #87-Joe Nemechek / NEMCO: Nemechek plans to run the full season, joining up with Jay Robinson Racing to field the #87 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Toyota. The plan also includes fifteen Nationwide Series races. The new NEMCO - JRR team will use engines provided by Race Engines Plus by Joey Arrington. In my humble opinion...

Give it up Joe! Your days of running up front are over...this starting a race, just to run a few laps, then parking your car...well, it's ridiculous. Give the younger, up-and-coming, drivers a chance to show what they can do. All you are doing is taking a spot away from NASCAR's future!
