his cards were mailed the 5th of january and in des moines ia. on jan 8th. no word on the dc number since then. trying to offer a solution to pitt steelers2011 to resolve this.

they say i cant do anything til feb 5th. 30 days past mailing date to file a claim. havetalked to local p.o. and they cant find out any more than i can. the package hit des moines and just up and disappeared
