I sold him a card 8-4-09, never received any money for it but didn't send card either. He then wanted to send paypal so i gave him my paypal address, nothing there either. So i pm'd him about this asking him if he still wanted the card and if so then please pay for it, then i get this pm from him.

I'm so sick and tired and these people getting trades started, confirmed and then backing out. I will leave him a neutral on this. I don't know what needs to be done but we have to do something with some of these guys. To be honest i don't think i can take much more of dealing with these guys. Driving me freakin crazy.

I agree that a neutral should be handed out here... (assuming it was a confirmed deal)

I just dont understand why we are just leaving neutral when someone is pulling out of a confirmed trade when in my eyes everyone should be a negative?

Well i feel the same way honestly but ac-n-mike says a neutral is what we need to leave. I think it should be a negative myself, might teach these people to quit doing it.

That is the reason they will keep doing it.....A neutral means nothing, but you drop the neg and they will get the picture.

Personally I agree, a negative is in order. With the current rules though, a neutral is the adequate feedback.

If we give negatives to everyone for every little thing then it is basically impossible to see what someone does. Leave a neutral, people will see what he did and go on that. Also he should get a MSF Tag for backing out also I believe.

That's up to you Admin's on that. He might have had a good reason to back out of the deal i don't know. He didn't say why just that he wanted to back out of it.
