Hey everyone, my name's Rob and I do The Card Podcast. Still pretty new, but figured I would go around to different boards and get people's opinion on something I got in today. I thought it could have been a huge card originally that I got in, but then got it and was a little surprised.
Here is the card and here is the auction. Now when I set a snipe on it there was no scan of the back at all. I went out and won the card. I did think I was bidding on the Masterpiece of it based on the front of the card. I thought about putting in for a charge back on my credit card for it, but as I had it and it got discussed on other sites I figured I would just get it slabbed and would make a good story on The Card Podcast and Superfractor.com.
So I figured I would reach out to different board and see if anyone has any info on this card and why it would be cut like a 1952 Topps. I'm not sure what I have obviously, but if you have any clue please PM me or just send an email to [email protected]
