I see what you are saying. That bidder with 27 feedback is having really horrible luck, just keeps bidding in small incriments until the very point where his next bid would be the high bidder. But the poor guy doesn't bid again. That's a shame.....................

i didnt look at the bids, but yeah, most of his /60 went for way higher than they should have and had lots more bids than normal
