actually i got a good mailday myself...my Post 9/11 GI Bill processed and was approved in under 2 weeks...those who applied in August were being told 4 months :shock: to get approval, but thats because the new bill went into effect in August, so everyone rushed to change it...

it doesnt state my rate since i have to go to the campus office and file with them to say im a student :wall: but it also said i had 18 months and 13 days of payment :dance: i thought i was only eligible for 12 months, so thats an extra $12-$15k :band:

itll take awhile before my payments kick in, and that extra 12-15 is because of the extra 6 months of payment i didnt know i would be eligible for :dance:

i get monthly payments, not like im getting a huge check anytime soon...well $2400-$3200 around the 5th i suppose...NIU is pretty quick with the paperwork
