I found this in an ebay store and asked for a scan. It is slightly different from the one sffanmike sent me for free (thanks again) so maybe it is a nickname like Stuck (which was listed for Press Pass) or he forgot the first name :doh:

As far as the Stuckey signature.. I'm not sure either. I have two Stuckey cards as well with that sig. I'd like to think that he did that on purpose and there are less of them out there.
