so ch0wfaced91 didnt go through with a deal... and the other party filed a Paypal claim... his Paypal accont got blocked because of this... (was paid $35 and only got $20 recovered)
weeks later he finally decides to ship to the other party who receives his card... now he wants his $20 back for the... (no problem there, since he is due that per the original deal) Well the other party (Sniper35) can not send him his money yet because ch0wfaced91's PAYPAL account is still being blocked due to the cliam filed against him... so he is losing it
per ME Hey man, I will do my best to get you taken care of as far as the paypal dispute, I believe he did state that IF/WHEN the cards showed up he would return your money via paypal... and close the dispute... thanks for taking care of this

he will not close the dispute of pay me now, he says "ill do it when i feel like it", this is BS im going to go file mail fraud charges today

bill will not pay me, i contacted the san diego police over it, i will take legal action against him and possibly the site

the site is NOT responsible for your trade issues... we didnt send you money...nor cards...nor did you send us money or cards...
just like if you buy something on ebay and the seller rips you off or messes up the deal.. what do you do sue Ebay? Empty threats will not get you any help from us. I beleive we have done MORE than enough trying to help you.. Threatening to take legal action against the site for an issue that YOU took on by not completing your original deal as promised is on you...
WE will again do anything that we can do help you, BUT threatening us is not a way to get that done...
what you should do is contact paypal...let them see the Delivery Confirmation # , they will see that you did indeed ship to him and they will then possibly RE-ISSUE the refund from him to you...there are ways to go about solving trade disputes, but this is NOT the way...
