Derrick Rose still isn't 100 percent, but he's getting there.

In October, the Chicago Bulls' point guard said that it would take about a month for him to fully recover from an ankle tendon injury which sidelined him for most of the preseason. As November winds down, Rose admits that he still isn't back to where he would like to be.

"Not yet," he said after the Bulls shootaround Tuesday morning. "I still haven't been feeling aggressive yet, but you'll probably see it in [Tuesday night against the Sacramento Kings]. I'm going to come out and just try to fight and be way, way more aggressive."

Rose, who says he is about 90 percent healthy, has been plagued lately by turnovers. Over the past four games, Rose has 15 turnovers. It's a number he knows he has to reduce.

"Turnovers are going to happen," he said. "[Saturday] was just one of those games where I just had a whole bunch of turnovers. Hopefully this year I'll cut down on them."

The reigning rookie of the year is averaging almost 14 points, three rebounds and five assists this season.
