The Buffalo Bills finally came to an agreement Tuesday with one of their first-round picks, guard Eric Wood.

Wood agreed to a five-year deal, but terms were being finalized Tuesday night so that he could report to camp. His agreement ends a five-day holdout and leaves the Bills with two unsigned draft choices -- first-rounder Aaron Maybin and second-rounder Jarius Byrd.

The 6-3, 309-pound Wood becomes the fifth first-rounder to reach an agreement. Once he reports, Wood is expected to compete for a starting job at right guard.
