These appears to be a couple of my card this Ebayer is offering. Do you agree and if so is there anyway I can warn the bidders? I have emailed Ebay on my concern.

It's clear that they are your scans. Simply report the seller to Ebay and the auctions "should" be shut down.

Since they are not 1/1's he's offering, we can't assume he is a thief. But it is abundantly clear he did copy and use your scans.....a violation of Ebays policies.
 
wow they are definatly your cards. At least the aaron for sure. can't see the serial numbering on the Triple but it's possible that may not be the same. It does look like it though

Was going to say the exact same thing, get ebay involved, at least that way you get the ball rolling on the situation. It really does look like your cards.

Hmmmm....They're letting the auctions end, do a little research, then if found guilty, going to charge the guy for fraudulent activity.

Too bad the buyers/bidders are out of the loop.
