I have waited two weeks for notification of a redemption replacement.
I sent an email to Panini this morning requesting an update on the status.
Here is their response:
Hello!?!?! "... allow 1-2 weeks for completion..."
Are they saying that I should have the card in-hand within 1-2 weeks (card "in-hand" would constitute "completion") or are they asking for an additional 1-2 weeks for this to be finalized?
