Basketball Amare on his way to GS?

The Suns are in discussions with the Warriors to send Amare Stoudemire to Golden State for center Andris Biedrins and the No. 7 pick in Thursday's draft.

The Suns would also get another guy back in the deal, possibly Anthony Randolph, Brandan Wright or Marco Belinelli, to make the numbers work. However, we doubt that Randolph is going anywhere. Jun. 25 - 4:58 pm et

I read this morning in the San Jose Mercury News that it will happen after the 8th if it does happen. But they have the proposed deal as Brandon Wright, Marco Bellineli, Andris Biedrins AND Curry. That seems like an aweful lot to give up. Amare is going to be a max player in 2010, so unless the GSW's can sign him long term I say no way!
