a bit confused

Hello. I was happy to see that the fitzpatrick auto had showed up. However, this card is not mint or even near mint. I notcie you did not state the condition of the card in the auction, but it is very clear and noticeable that there is a MAJOR indentation on the back of the card below the upper deck logo. I would like to return this card for a refund as this card is basically worthless with this defect.

Let me know how you want to handle this situation.

i dont figure its too big considering i didnt notice it, but there are 2 logos on the back of 05 Exquisite

i asked for a scan of the back of the card, i dont have one, as i only scan the fronts, but pretty sure ill be eating a neg on this one...guy may be a complete douche about it, we shall see...

also if he wants to talk about condition, the scan i had up of the card had a plastic shaving on the case, so the card front looked damaged to begin with :scratch:
