I had 1 Neutral last year from an a-hole who kept sending PM wanting to do a deal, I ignored, He bought the card via BIN then dinged my DSR's & neutraled me sayin poor communications in the comments. Guy is on a site I post on, wanted to call him out but kept quite - ( your an *** hole if you happen to be a gawker here buddy).
