2009 Topps National Chicle Minis

Does the 'base' version of the minis have a gold border? It seems like all the parallel cards have a white border, but I do not see any white border cards that are not parallels.

Can anyone confirm this?

From looking at checkoutmycards.com it seems that the gold borders would be the base version with your original backs as the base cards. While your white borders are some sort of parallel with different backs, such as topps backs, chicle backs, and bazooka backs.
