Basketball 2007-08 Topps Rookies Orange vs Black?! Difference?

Hi, I have a bunch of 2007-08 Topps Rookie Cards and I am wondering if there is a difference between the book values of the cards with the orange boarder vs the black boarder.

For those that don't know the cards look like this

Orange

Also, where the orange cards from retail packs, or what?

Orange were Retail only and in Blasters (don't know about regular retail boxes) they came in a seperate celophane pack with 1/2 of the orange rookie set per pack

ok thanks, do the orange cards hold the same BV as the normal black cards?

orange were wal-mart only separate inserts, i think they book within a dollar of each other
