The fact 08-09 just came out, they are already pushing 09-10. That will hurt 08-09's values. You gotta feel for those that spent so much on 08-09
Plus, I can't see 09-10 being that much different from this past release.
A back to back Exquisite release like this is pathetic on UD's behalf. They are trying to make as much money as possible before their contract expires

UD are just trying to fit in as much as they can before the lose the license. Not a good move imo, and will hurt 08/09 exq.

I can't seem to find 09-10....The newest exquisite in the checklist is 08-09...

Upper Deck is doing what Donruss baseball did in 2005. Although, Donruss did put a lot of nice GU/Auto's in those packs and didn't demand $600 a box/pack for them.

Q. Was looking on Upper Deck's Collector's Zone Trading Card Checklist's web page and saw there is a release date for 09/10 Exquisite coming out on 9/23/09. Is this true???

A. That was taken down as it was something we planned, but probably can't happen now. There were a lot of projects we had planned for NBA that will unfortunately likely not happen now that the NBA has chosen not to grant us a license for the upcoming season.

09/10 Exquisite is a no go.
