The buyback I'm not sure on. Looks like it is a vintage-ish card they bought back and put in packs. Does not appear to be a reprint.

Aaron Rome is in a Ducks uni.

The buybacks are actual cards from that era they repurchased and inserted randomly into the product. It is not technically part of the OPC set, but it's a cool pull!!
