Are you sure all those redemptions were redeemed PA? I'd imagine several of those never made it to the market with the bankruptcy... but I may be wrong... eitherway... I sent you a pm with one of the cards on ebay....

I would like to have it just in case it never was available for redemption, I have a 1/1 #13 Greg Maddux out of 2007 Topps Moments & Milestones I could trade you. I don't know what it books for, but I see you collect him and I need the Ruzzuto more than the Maddux. Please let me know, Thanks

There was alot of "back door" stuff going on with Fleer near the end. Despite some items never being available for redemption, some of those items found their way into the hobby via other channels before and after the bankrupcy was official. I can say that because my company purchased some stuff from those sources that was slated for redemption but were obviously not available to persons holding the redemption card. So there is no way to get a concrete "list" of what was never produced.

Thanks for the reply! I know it has been tough to try and complete this set. I think there is still a few of these that made it to the public, like the Jackson and Seaver. I guess the redemptions that were never fulfilled, I will try to replace the auto with the redemption card.

I plan to have this set frame professionally and would the auto with the redemption card I guess. Let me know what you would do ! Use the redemption card or find another set that the player autographed and use it ?

Thanks

I understand the "back door" theory, but the reason the auto cards were never being fulfilled was fleer never paid the athletes... so the athletes were holding the cards or stickers ransom.....

I could use the Maddux. I need the Maddux more than the Rizzuto:D

In some cases, the players were not paid. In other cases, fleer employees took some stuff on their way out the door and leaked it out through various sources. We had multiple quantities of several autographs that were from products that either were never released or were supposed to have not been available for redemption. Some of the names included Mike Ditka, Bill Mazeroski.....
