It would be a shame to have a leak in the house or rampant dog ruin a large collection. How do you store, protect, and display your cards? I have mine in a zip up trapper keeper. I keep that in a hidden spot under my bed. ;) When my friends want to see it, I am SUPER careful.

I still venerate some of them; the ones that didn't lie endlessly until hitting a wall of shame. It ruins the great past time, but they still made a great impact while nobody knew. It is like the Simpsons episode with Jebidiah Simpson actually being bad, but Lisa won't prove it to the town just...

The 'coolest' card I own is my Phillies Mike Schmidt because it started my whole craze for collection. Maybe if it was someone else, I wouldn't have started. Who knows?

Craigslist gives me some pretty good deals. I just search for cards or put up a wanted ad and somebody gets to me.

I found a Mike Schmidt card walking home from school one day and it started from there. I just wanted to get more and more cards. Now I have enough to be considered a small collection.
