So it doesn’t look like eBay has seller ID numbers but you are able to search by user by typing the seller name into the search bar and then clicking search for a user. Here is a screenshot. Hope this helps.
Ok, well that was easy enough. Found him right off the bat. I will slink back away into my corner for Luddites and ponder the miracles of the great and unknowable monster called the search bar.
