Does anyone know how I would be able to figure out if a sealed 1989 Bowman complete sets (comeback edition) or A sealed Topps 1989 Traded complete set are “Tiffany” cards? Thanks!

Not sure on the Bowman, but a sealed 89 Topps traded set should look like this to start. Very different from the standard.
Was able to get these from our Twitter friends. These are the Tiffany factory sets from Bowman that year.
