I am a card dealer, unless I am buying for my PC, I pay only 65-70% of ebay. If you do not want to sell your cards to me, you don't have to. But if you want money today and don't want to hassle with selling your card on ebay I am always buying, high-end, low-end, $20 or $2000, it doesn't matter.
