Windows Vista SUCKS!

Has anyone worked with Vista at all? This is being a royal pain in the rear!

My boss just got a new computer with Vista on it. I needed to get some MS Word files from his computer for the office, so I put them on a flash drive (SanDisk), double checked that they were on the drive, and hit the button to safely eject the drive. I take it back to the office computer, which is running XP, plug it in, and.. ta-da! No files!

Are there known problems with XP and Vista working together file-wise? This is really frustrating.

My ex had downloaded it on the computer downstairs and had nothing but problems with it (not sure what the problems were...I try not to have lengthy conversations with her :silent: ). At any rate, it's crap :lollol:

Peace~

Well, I think I have figured out the problem, it's the flash drive that is not compatible, and SanDisk doesn't have a patch to fix it. Heck, they don't have a customer service rep that can spell my damn name.... Frikkin outsourced crap!!!! :microwave: I mean, c'mon, I have 5 letters in my first name, you'd think the moron in India could get one right :ban:

The zip drive doesn't work with Vista... just like about 90% of the other plug in's and other programs that we use... Nice work Microsquish... make everything obsolete with one sweep of your new OS wand.

unless it is a really old drive there should be a driver for it.

Yeah that sucks and i'm having problems with Firefox on Vista , keeps removing my bookmarks and resetting and crap. Had to download Flash player twice since i've had it as well.

I think I may go back to Macs , never had any issues with them.

Well, I checked their website, it doesn't have anything about the drive being compatible with Vista, nor is there a patch on there. I emailed customer service, hopefully someone there can help me. The drive is brand new, bought it about 3 months ago.
