whats the cost for 1 card shipping USPS

ok guys just got this question since i went to the PO this morn and first the lady says its 80cents for the 1 package then she feels the package and notices theres a hard item in it. Then says its Rigid so it costs 1.13.What do they charge you ???

my PO tries and gives me the low rate ..... (they don't feel the package)...I think that PO has it out for you.

funny i think one Lady has no prob doing lower price . But the other lady thinks becasuse theres a small hard item in package its rigid But i just went outside and used the automated machine . but they don't have any real guidelines for a rigid package.
