I'm a dumba$$. I twisted my ankle again today jumping out of the truck at work. It didn't seam that bad at first but when I slowed down for a few man it really started to hurt. Looks like I'm on lite duty for a few day or I can take a few days off I have 3 P.H. days I can take. This is the 2 time in the past 8 months I have twisted my ankle. The first time I did it I tried jump over a fence. :doh::doh:

There is a lonnnng fence between my apartment and hers so instead of walking around I tried jumping it. I know I know dumb move. Trust me I will never do it again I'm not 16 anymore.
