You have been warned! This is work related & some of you already know.

We are working on the roof of a chinese restaurant. Monday, Tore out all of their rooftop units and started demo on the duct while the roofers scraped off the roof. Ducts were covered with grease inside, others were caked with dust & mold. The duck that is staying, I have to clean out. My job sucks right now. But that's not all. I had to do some work inside the kitchen. ukerl:I am not eating chinese food for a long time. Here's where it gets gross. Rat traps everywhere. Raw food just sitting out on the counter doin' nothing. Dirty dishes everywhere. Stunk like grease and $hit. On the roof there were dead rats everywhere. Dead pigeons in the units we were taking out. Grease was just everywhere. Under the layers of roof the roofers were taking off, there was more grease. Black tar the just reeked. ukerr: Tomorrow is going to be worse for me. I'll keep you updated.

haha but in all seriousness, wow thats terrible. i work at PF Changs and rest assured that it is NOTHING like that. if it was, i wouldnt be working there :lollol:

My buddy works at the PF Changs near here.... its not even fair to compare their food to the crap people consider chinese food

:cheers: yay. haha yeah i have to admit, im not a big fan of chinese food...but dang, i'll grab a dish whenever i can. especially when theres a mistake in the back and the servers / backwaiters have to fight for the free food

Used to eat at Sam Woo's in San Francisco Chinatown all the time when I lived there but NEVER wanted to know what was going on in that place. For those that don't know as you enter you walk thru/by the kitchen as you go up the stairs to get seated , so you get to see the dirty towels and such laying around ale: , they send your food up uncovered in this ancient pulley elevator thingy that is dark & dank :ncool: and you know just from it being in Chinatown and San Francisco that there ARE vermin on the premises ale:

But damn the food is good and they give ya plenty :cheers:
