Tradelist/Collections storage and setup

I am just wondering how other collectors setup their tradelist, store and catalog.

I presently have all my cards by set but I am trying to devise a plan to list my cards on my webpage for a tradelist. Trying to figure out what ways to do it.

List by player?
List by team?
List by set?

What do you prefer when looking through a tradelist?

How do you store and catalog your collection?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The main thing that I use for my tradelist is photobucket.com. I know a lot of people that use this and it seems to be a nice site

I agree with Ken. Any cards that I have for trade, discounting base/inserts, are in my Photobucket. I list them by type (gu/auto/patch/etc), then by player's last name. If I had enough cards from different sports, I'd like separate them by sport as well.
