Today in 1928, the Yankee's - A's game featured a record 12 future Hall of Fame players on the field, not to mention 2 HOF managers and an umpire! Nothing like this has ever been achieved since, and probably never will be!

C0568954-4ED9-4637-A922-4E55FD42026B.jpegMay 29th, 1990 - Rickey steals record 893rd base, breaking Ty Cobb’s record. He finished with up his career with 1,406 career stolen bases. A record that will most-likely never be broken.

June 1st, 1925 was the first game of Lou Gehrig's Iron Man 2,130 consecutive games streak!

I remember getting his "Baseball's All Time Greats" card as a child, and reading that he was the Iron Man, this was before Ripken surpassed Lou's record!
