The Perfect Super Bowl Cupcake

Every year we have a super bowl party at our house, and this year I'm going to get my wife to make these. I just saw these on Tosh.0's blog, and had to share. I'll let y'all know if they taste as awesome as they look.

Did you read the recipe? The cupcake is made with both hot sauce and blue cheese. The frosting is a blue cheese butter cream. I may have to hit up market street for the blue cheese, but she's definitely making these for the party this weekend.

I have never once thought of a cupcake being anything but sweet. Doesn't sound like my kinda thing. At first I thought it was a wing on top of a regular cupcake...hahaha.

Well, they have brown sugar in them.

I'm hoping the wife will at least do a "taste test" sometime this week so we'll know whether or not to include them in the super bowl party menu or not. Either way, I'll definitely let y'all know how they come out.

Well, this might be the perfect looking Super Bowl cupcake, but it is NOT the perfect tasting one. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

My wife did take pics to post on her Facebook, but they didn't have the wings on top of them. They pretty much just "look" like a regular cupcake in her picture. I can assure you, though, that they don't taste like a regular cupcake.

Yeah, same here. I usually love anything "buffalo wing", but I guess there is a line drawn right above cupcakes.
