Cool track. The main riff in this song reminds me of Van Halen's "Hot for Teacher" -- thundering double bass drum with a guitar skating over it using short barre chords
I thought VH for a second there too @dvecchio4 ! The heavy kick drum reminded me of the mid 80s Metallica I love too!!

Anything you DON'T collect?? Great albums in super good shape too!! Thanks for sharing! I had the Dynasty poster on my wall in college too, my Uncle Paul introduced me to them when I was really little....he had his KISS ARMY sticker on his door growing up!!

HA! I had a Dynasty poster in my bedroom in college, too! 🤣 Not my favorite KISS album, but I like Ace's cover of "2000 Man"

Here is my all-time favorite KISS song...

Black Diamond is a great classic, I also love Parasite! That was on the Alive album, which was considered to be the original "Live" record. One of the best still!

Loved the original Dynasty cover, Ace and Peter looked like they were really struggling at this point in time, and Peter left the band the following year (1980).

I also thought this alternate art version was cool:

Whoa! Good version, never heard it! I listened to some of the Big Four stuff, but of those bands, Metallica was always my favorite. Anthrax, Megadeth, and Slayer have all been out there for 40+ years, most of them. Really the foundation of thrash metal, and while Metallica was the most mainstream of the bands, they all have some great stuff. Anthrax was a little less thrash, but still has some wild songs!

Another cool part of live music has always been the posters advertising the shows! My dear friend Mickey was a Deadhead, and introduced me to their music, and when we went to the Rock Hall, I saw several of their original posters that would have advertised their shows in the SF Bay Area back in the day. There were a ton of other cool posters there, so I thought I would show some of them here, and a few others I found around the web today!

The psychedelic posters were just SO cool! The skeleton on the Dead posters is Bertha, from their "Skull and Roses" live album in 1971. Bertha has been around a lot, as have the 5 dancing bears, well known as being named after each band member (Bob, Jerry, Phil, Mickey, and Bill!)

This Beatles poster, an original from the Shea Stadium show, their last North American gig, just sold for $250,000!
