District Manager just stopped by my office and tossed me a couple duckets for the Yankies vs Rockies game tonight. Great right? Game starts in 45 minutes. I have to now find a buddy, or a client on late notice and arrange to get them in tow and head over to Coors Field (about a 30-45 minute drive in rush hour.

He had them all day and could have given them to me earlier...lol. Oh well, I guess it could be worse.

I'll give an update after the game

Very nice,I was planning on going to the game tonight, but have been on house arrest with the stomach Flu for the last few days :pukerl:

Sorry about the supermodel showing up for a sleepover...

:D :D :D

ENjoy the game, wish I was able to get to coors field when on a couple trips working there....

Have a good time at the game.

Same thing kinda happened to me Sat., a friend calls and wants to know if I'd like his tickets for the F1 (Forumla 1) race for Sunday about 18 hours before the race in Indy. If I didn't have work scheduled for that morning I'd of gone.

That stinks man. Maybe you can go tonight and see Clemons pitch.

Brett, next time you are coming to town, give me a shout. I have a ton of connections with the tickets and can likely find you a nice pair (not that Rockies are sold out anymore anyway, but...)

Bud: I think sometimes people call late like that to offer something they know you cant do just to rub it in...lol. Last night I called a buddy 30 minutes before the game to tell him I had an extra seat- knowing full well his wife was out of town and he had the littlle ones on his own for the week...lol. He was not amused.

By the way, the Rockies won and are making an attempt at being a major league team. I think they havee won 7 or 8 straight series. Not bad. I missed the first inning, but didnt have to pay for parking or beers as the buddy I took was so happy he paid for everything:cheers:
