For those that are running and would like to keep track of your runs (not the hershey squirts ), I use Map My Run. I start training for my marathon soon, so I am using this site to log all my workouts. You can map your running route to determine distances, figure out calories burned, and a bunch of other fun stuff. I great way to track your workouts. I used to have a GPS thingy for my watch that would determine by speed, pace, etc., but that has died, so this is the next best thing.
