Question on football card--ANSWERED

Received this card in a hobby box of 2022 Certified football. It has a 2019 print date. #'d 10/25.

Any help on it would be appreciated. Thanks Butch

On the checklist on CardBoard Connection there is a listing for a Field Level Signatures Set and it lists the Montana #/25, but not sure if that is the card.
