Falcons troubled QB Michael Vick had tighter restrictions placed on him by a federal judge after he tested positive for ********* within the past two weeks. Vick, whose urine sample was taken September 13, will not be allowed out of his home from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and must now submit to random **** testing

I have a feeling if they did surprise testing at 100% of NFL players homes that better than 75% would test positive for something.
