This is my first post. I'm having trouble deciding whether to purchase a PSA 10 Topps (base) Rob Gronkowski rookie card or a PSA 9 Topps Chrome. Right now, they're about the same price, but from my eBay selling history research, it appears that a particular PSA 10 Topps (base) card ends up being much more valuable than a PSA 9 Topps Chrome of the same card.
In other words, it is better to buy a PSA 10 of a base card (e.g. Donruss, Topps) or a PSA 9 of a higher end card (e.g. Optic, Chrome)?
