Maybe a good way to pass some time.
I'll start with the SEC since that's where my team plays (feel free to post on your conference):

SEC East
Florida : 8-0
Georgia: 6-2 (losses to UF, LSU)
Tenn: 5-3 (l's to UF, UGA, S. Car)
S. Car: 4-4 (l's to UGA, Ole Miss, LSU, Florida)
UK: 2-6 (beat Arky and Vandy)
Vandy: 0-8 (l's to everybody)

SEC West
Auburn: 6-2 (losses to Tenn, UGA)
LSU: 6-2 (l's to Auburn, UF)
Alabama:4-4 (l's to UGA, Tenn, LSU, Auburn)
Ole Miss: 3-5 (l's to UF, Bama, Arky, Auburn, LSU)
Miss St: 3-5 (l's to Aub, LSU, Tenn, Bama, Ole Miss)
Arky: 1-7 (beat Ole Miss)

Florida vs. Auburn in Champ. game (UF win would put them in Title Game vs. USC/OSU/OK)

Notes:
-LSU v. Auburn to decide West
-UGA v. Florida to decide East
-I naturally hate Alabama but think, like last year, they will field a competitive team. Should battle for West in 2009.
-Georgia's schedule is touuuugh. They could be the best 10-2 team in history.
-Arky wasn't great last year and lost more playmakers than any other SEC team. I can't see them being very competitive even with Petrino.
-Ole Miss is wildcard team in the SEC. Could win anywhere from 2-6 games.
-Tennessee is getting no pub but should be very good. Ainge was grossly overrated.

Without putting in thought for W's and L's, here's my best guess:

SEC East:
1. UGA (though not undefeated)
2. UF (many question marks on D)
3. South Carolina
4. UT
5. UK
6. Vandy

SEC West:
1. LSU (some questions, LOADS of talent)
2. Alabama (just because I can hope)
3. AU
4. MSU
5. Ole Miss
6. Arky-sas
