Bought an Xbox live card from someone...got the code, code wouldn't work. Seller is NARU'd less than a week after the auction. Now paypal denies my claim and won't let me appeal less than 3 days after the claim has started. I did a significantly not as described claim. I couldn't claim non-reciept as I actually recieved it.
Any ideas or am I hosed out of $20?
