It is always hard to tell with forme stars that decide to caoch. Most of the elite players fail because it is hard for them to deal with players with less talent but there are some that really thrive. If seeks advice from other great coaches and learns to handle players of varying talents he will do fine.

Wow, I heard talk a few years back of Roy trying his hand at it, kind of cool if you ask me, it will be good to see him again! But not sure how well he will do at it!
