NIKE to release the Vick V (5) Shoe as planned

Seems risky to me, but I don't know what contractual obligations to their customers and vick they have. Perception wise, however, it seems to me they are standing beside Vick... frankly, i'd rather stand on the railcrossing with amtrak barring down on me than be seen with him right now.....
