Hockey NHL owners support league-imposed lockout

What the league has warned all summer now seems imminent. NHL commissioner Gary Bettman received a unanimous vote from owners on Thursday in support of a league-imposed lockout should no deal be reached by midnight ET Saturday.

Here we go again. I'm not happy about this. I think it's time to change my priorities, and start supporting my local OHL team the Barrie Colts. To heck with the NHL. They have no idea how many fans are feeling this way, and will not come back should they lockout the players. The OHL provides an excellant brand of entertainment that is very affordable. It's time to start supporting the other leagues, and say to hell with the NHL, and NHLPA.
