Basketball KOBE BRYANT 2010 Panini Nike Black Box "Merry Christmas" Redemption Card Question

My buddy gave me a box and I pulled this redemption, I've only seen 1 on Ebay, I tweeeted @PaniniAmerica to see if this redemption is still valid, I'm assuming it is because the one sold on Ebay on 23rd. I'm in the process of tweeting panini about it too see whats up but I still wanted to ask on here

Anyone know what this redemption is for? Price? I mean I know it sold on ebay for $225 but is there a BV?

And yes it is for trade, I collect baseball mostly but will look at buckets.

here is the link to the ebay page where 1 sold. I took his photos of the card and if you are interested in it, I get back to my house tomorrow and will post the pictures of my redemption, I just needed some reference for the card.
