John Cena suffered a complete tear of his right pectoral tendon in last night's main event match on RAW against Ken Kennedy. The injury will require surgery, and Cena will be out of action for 6-8 months.
Cena was scheduled to face Randy Orton in a "Last Man Standing" match this Sunday at No Mercy.
A text alert sent to subscribers of the WWE Mobile Alert service says "Officials vow there'll be a title match at No Mercy". The text message didn't say if Cena would be in the match.
